I'm baffled by this lovely case. My best guess is that it belongs to a mantis in the genus Liturgusa.
I'm pretty sure this belongs to a cockroach. It was quite small (8mmm or so) and looks like a typical blattodean egg case.
Possibly white fly. I believe the larger white blobs arrayed along the leaf vein are tiny nymphs.
