A common moth that does a convincing job of looking like a bird splat.
I'm unsure of the species but these common hoppers may often be seen feeding on palm stems in small groups.
This wasp has located an insect egg or larva and is inserting her egg into it or nearby. Her larva will feed on the creature she has targeted.
