Unidentified hopper
Fulgorid hoppers are lovely and easy to find. I suspect this one is in the genus Enchophora.
One of the larger orchid bees, probably in the genus Eulaema and possibly Eulaema meriana. He was on a heliconia plant and I flipped this photo on its side.
